Batch Settlement Report

The batch settlement report gives you a list of all the credit card transactions that were batched within a select date range.  Every successful credit card transaction made through your EZFacility 4.0 account will appear on this report.  You will have multiple batches and inside each batch is all the transactions made under that specific batch.  Each batch has a creation date and a settled date unless it is the current day’s batch which has not been settled yet.  Batches are usually created around 2AM Eastern Time and settled around the same time the next day where a new batch will be create as well.  No money will be transferred into your account until after the batch as been settled.  Only accounts that use the VITAL gateway will have the batch settlement report.  If you do not use the VITAL gateway and you need to view a list of all the successful transaction made, you will need to contact your merchant provider there is nothing EZFacility can do to track credit card transaction unless you use the VITAL gateway.

Note: The Batch Settlement Report does not post refund (negative) transactions.
